Question:
When I use CreateObject to create an instance of hMailServer.Application, I get an permission denied error. I'm using IIS6.
有用户反馈手工安装点晴OA系统，提示：“Email子系统组件未正确安装，无法创建邮件对象，请联系管理员解决！错误码：573 ”

answer:
you need to tell windows that iis has the permissions to create instances of the hmailserver com object.
do this:
1) from the windows control panel, go to administrative tools
2) open up component services
3) expand component services folder
4) expand down to computers this method did not working with (vista iis7)
